Aquaponics – Backyard Fish Pond

We have taken the first step in physically building our aquaponic garden in our back yard. Check out the progress here:

The subtitles do a pretty good job of explaining things. The quality is not the best, but you’ll get over it. “New webcam” wasn’t in the budget for backyard improvements, and neither was “decent software”. I think I’ve outgrown the limits of Windows Movie Maker already ):

I don’t have a picture of the shed all parted out, but above is most of the material needed to do the aquaponics thing. If you can guess how much that up there cost, minus what I got for scrapping the shed, you’ll get a prize! The prize might be bragging rights, but who knows. Just leave it in the comments if you have a guess.

    I guess about $100, because that’s a nice round number. Do I win a prize? Like one of those cool sounding pens? Do I get to see the fishes?
